We are huge supporters of opensource software and encourage our clients to be as well, however we recognise that if you pay for it then it is your IP / Code to do with what you please. We rarely if ever use commercial software so there is never an issue with Intellectual property or copyright on the software we develop for our clients.

We do have our own in-house proprietary software however this is normally supplied as an ASP service (direct or via api) and as such does not cause issues in regard to IP ownership / Rights.

We will help you to understand how you can benefit from making software opensource however we will never push the issue but merely explain the benefits.

It's your business, therefore its your intellectual property and software.
