Paula Hudspith appointed Director of Learning at IO1
Following the recent addition of David M. Turner and Earl Miles, the UK's No.1 Drupal specialist consultancy IO1 has announced that Paula Hudspith will be joining the team as Director of Learning.
Paula Hudspith is a learning and instructional design professional with specialist experience in the design of creative training solutions. In her new role as Director of Learning at IO1, Paula's focus is on the user experience and how organisations can get the most from their IT systems.
Previously, Paula has built and managed large teams to deliver training across an extensive range of systems and bespoke applications. With a speciality in courseware design and technical writing, Paula has developed documentation that supports and boosts the learner experience.
Never afraid of a challenge, Paula has organised and co-ordinated the execution of a training programme for over 20,000 people. She spent a number of years establishing a national training alliance in Australia.
Paula was appointed by IO1 for her natural ability to understand the different learning requirements of those she trains. Her arrival comes in time to help IO1 strengthen its professional services and training arm as it responds to a surge in demand for these services.
Paula says,
I've never believed that a one size fits all training solution is the answer when it comes to software training. I have a genuine interest in understanding different learning styles and analysing training needs and, together with my team, I am dedicated to designing training solutions that enrich and add value for everyone involved.
